We want you to love your Silva Studios merch. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right—clearly, fairly, and without unnecessary hoops.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Limited-run items are eligible unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at: support@silvastudios.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
  • If your requested item or size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Silva Studios merch is often produced in limited runs, which means replacements may not always be possible—but we’ll always communicate clearly and aim for the best possible outcome.
